Sebastian was knowledgeable,an excellent listener, understood the issues, and patiently walked me through the steps at my own pace. At no time did I feel hurried. It was clear that making sure that I got maximum benefit from the interaction was a priority for him. Seldom do I find someone who exhibits true customer care. While I normally do not respond to such questionnaires, in the exceptional cases I am moved to comment when someone has been truly exceptional. My hope is that he will be suitably recognized and rewarded for excellent work.
