Can I pause my plan by parking my Tello number?
Yes. You can pause your Tello service by switching to the Park Number plan for $3/month.
Your number stays active, but you won’t be able to make calls, send texts, or use data. The plan renews every 30 days and can be canceled anytime. To resume service, simply purchase a regular Tello plan.
Activate the Park Number option in your Tello online account -> Dashboard → “Cancel Plan and Autopay” → “Yes, Park My Number” button. Follow the instructions.
